WHAT WE DO: WineCircle Consulting helps wineries develop and implement effective, low cost plans to improve wine sales by identifying product, pricing, distribution, and personnel strategies that achieve lasting results.

HOW WE WORK: We are a hands-on consulting organization that works with wineries on site and in the field, when appropriate. We use an affordable retainer model that can be structured around incentives.

WHY WE DO IT: We are passionate about helping smaller wineries gain recognition for the excellent wines they produce. According to Peter Grossman, WineCircle’s CEO, “Small to medium sized wineries typically make great wines and build a small following of loyal customers. These wineries often have no effective way of telling a large number of wine drinkers about the quality and value of their wine.
